At Sattva Yoga Beaconsfield, we aim to provide a practice to suit everyone’s needs; from those just beginning to the more experienced yogi.
Along with our standard Hatha, Kripalu & Meditation and Flow classes, we also offer sessions in a warm room (28˚C) and a hot room (40˚C) as well as classes done on the Wall.
We are committed to the growth of your practice in an accessible format. We are, therefore, constantly adding new classes to our studio for the west island community to keep your practice invigorated and varied.
