KRIPALU & MEDITATION

A form of Hatha Yoga using inner focus, meditation, standard yoga poses, breath work, development of a quiet mind, and relaxation. Kripalu emphasizes "following the flow"  of prana, or life-forcesenergy, compassion, self-acceptance, observing the activity of the mind without judgment, and taking what is learned into daily life.

HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga uses postures (asana) and conscious breathing (Pranayama) in combination with mental focus to develop awareness, strength and flexibility, and relaxation. Through proper alignment and mindful actions of the body, Hatha Yoga brings balance, strength, and a sense of well-being to the practitioner.

ASHTANGA WALL YOGA

Discover your ideal yoga. Using the yoga wall, you can improve your posture, deepen your stretches and hold difficult poses longer. You can also explore the more challenging poses with complete safety. Discover a sense of adventure in your yoga and feel like you are flying!   Audience: For anyone who wants to explore and take their yoga further with the amazing new yoga wall, straps, stability balls, and blocks to deepen stretches and enhance flexibility and strength.

YIN WALL YOGA

Using hooks, straps and a wall, discover Yin-Yang ways to safely strengthen, stretch and relax your body in traditional yoga postures. Deepen your practice by taking your yoga to a whole new level.

WARM YIN

Combines breath and movement to create a continuous flow from posture to posture, to strengthen and stretch, building a strong foundation in a warm room (27˚C). It is invigorating and peaceful; suitable for active beginners.

Essentrics, Release, Rebalance & Restore

This slower-paced, gentle, full body workout will help you regain your flexibility and mobility while slowly building strength. Designed for students who are new to the technique, less mobile, recovering from an injury, have chronic aches and pains or who are beginning to exercise after a sedentary period. This restorative class will rebalance the body by engaging all 650 muscles, as well as improve your posture and body awareness. Suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.

STRETCH & BREATHE

Who benefits from this class? Those with arthritis, office employees, mobility issues and seniors. How? This class aims to improve mobility, increase circulation and calm the mind. 

CORE VINYASA (FLOW)

The "core" is a popular term that refers to the muscle group surrounding and traversing the hip area. It is an extremely important region for postural adaptation. The goal of this class has a far deeper impact than simply toning your abs. Not only will you considerably strengthen your muscular hip belt, but you'll progress through the class by exploring functional movements that seek to support your daily movement. 

GENTLE YOGA & MEDITATION

Open your body to the new day with an energizing yet mindful yoga practice. This class focuses on restoring your body while using breath work and meditation. You’ll leave class feeling refreshed and centered, ready to start your day!

HOT FLOW

This journey on your mat will help set you free; free of karma that conditions your soul. Coordinating breath with movements in postures will guide you to your inner beach where waves of sweat will purify your body, heal your soul and bring you to the meditative state of no-mind. In Savasana every story will dissolve, "deconditioning" happens and you meet your peaceful warrior within.

PILATES (Jocelyne)

Pilates is a conditioning routine that can help improve circulation, flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance. This sequence can help improve and maintain posture and balance, and can aid in the relief of tension and stress. Through a series of floor exercises, the intensity of Pilates can be increased over time as the body conditions itself and adapts to the exercises. For all levels; modified exercises can be given, from beginner to advanced levels.

POWER YOGA ESSENTIALS

The crucial fundamentals to breaking down and building up yoga poses to enhance your yoga practice. Classes are structured around a peak pose and practiced over an 8 week session. This allows the practitioner the opportunity to learn, apply, develop and master the key concepts to unlocking the chosen peak pose. The room environment is set to a comfortable 23 degrees Celcius. 

PILATES (Karen)

Pilates is an intense mat workout designed to tone your whole body from head to toe while stretching and lengthening the body. You will lose inches. If you want fast results, Pilates is the class for you. Transform your body!

ESSENTRICS
