How early should I arrive?

Please arrive about 10-15 minutes early and remove your shoes at the entrance. This is a barefoot space!

What do I do with my mobile phone?

This is a quiet space of devotion and reflection. We request that all cell phone devices are turned off or silenced, and that you are mindful of noise levels when you enter the space. Many people like to meditate before class. Please limit pre-class conversations to outside the studio space, and leave your cell phone in the locker room.

What do I bring?

We have a maximum of 30 spaces available for each of our classes, with the exception of wall classes, where the maximum we can take is 13. It is highly recommended to reserve your spot ahead of time, by calling or by signing up online. Our priority goes to those who have pre-registered.

Yes. Even if you signed up online or called in, please let the receptionist know you have arrived.

Please visit our class descriptions page to find out about all the classes we offer. If you are unsure, give us a call or drop by and we will be happy to help you find a class that’s suitable for you!

It is a commonly held misconception that you have to already be flexible to do yoga. In fact, the opposite is true: doing yoga regularly is a sure way to become more flexible. Flexibility is a key part of maintaining your health and avoiding injury, especially as you age. Flexibility develops over time and postures can be modified to suit your level. Check out our Benefits of Yoga page to find out some more great effects of regular practice.

We don’t recommend eating a large meal before coming to class. A light snack or small meal 1 to 2 hours before class will generally be okay.

We recommend you wear something you are comfortable in. Most of our yogis come to class with shorts and a t-shirt or a tank top, anything non-restrictive for maximized movement. You should bring your own mat, a towel, and a water bottle. If you don’t have a mat, you may rent one here, but it is recommended to use your own for sanitary reasons. Locks are also included.
