Healthy Bites with Sattva: Fig Almond Milk with Breakfast Cookies

Did you know that Almond Milk had so many incredible nutritional benefits?

- Even better, it's easy to make on your own! 

Our lovely instructor Gisele created her own delicious (and healthy!) spin on this treat that we wanted to share with all of you! Why not try this out for a yummy breakfast option that doesn't have you feeling guilty but feeling fantastic and still full in the AM. 

Fig-Almond milk:
4 cups filtered water
4 soaked figs
1 cup soaked & rinsed almonds
1 tsp vanilla extract
Blend in Vitamix and strain pulp.

Breakfast cookies (I just did it with my intuition, not sure of quantities)
- Almond-Fig pulp
- Coconut flour
- Coconut oil
- Lucuma
- Chocolate chips
- Vanilla extract
Mix and bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
