CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

*Our classes offer a variety of different levels, and we have made suggestions as to help guide members to the class that best suits them! That being said, we encourage everyone to not shy away from trying new things, getting out of your comfort zone and joining us in a fun, relaxing and new experience!

Essentrics

Essentrics workouts help bring balance to the body and mind, easing tension both physically and mentally. The worries of the day float away as we aim to stretch our awareness of the body and connect with a sense of freedom of movement. You will leave the class feeling as though you’ve had a massage, replenished, relaxed yet energized. *all levels

Gentle Stretch & Meditation

Yoga and Stretch blends yoga postures, dynamic movements, and targeted stretches to improve strength, mobility, tension release and relaxation in our body. From time to time, this class uses a few small, common props or substitutes to make the movements easier and to enhance body awareness. Variations and options will be given. *all levels

Sattva Flow

The goal of this practice is to maintain playfulness and fluidity. There is a beauty in the challenge of creating sequences that feel good in the body; like a dance with the breath. Participants leave feeling confident and empowered to explore. Also offered HOT *intermediate

Wall Yoga

Work on alignment, flexibility and achieve deeper stretch with our wall yoga practice! By using the adjustable straps in various poses, the wall allows us to access deep core muscles. It provides an opportunity for traction of the entire spine and hips. *all levels (Select Special Sessions as advertised)

Yoga Bodyweight

This class is a fusion of yoga mixed with bodyweight training that moves in all planes of motion to increase flexibility and strength at the same time. You will use your own bodyweight as resistance for a fitter, stronger and more mobile body! *all levels

Yin Yoga

This is a slow-paced style of yoga with seated postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin can be a meditative yoga practice that helps you find inner peace. These classes are relaxed, as you’re supposed to let gravity do most of the work. *intermediate level/offered Warm

Fluid Flow

This yoga flow practice infused with movement, will get your blood pumping and your soul singing! Dynamic sequencing and fluid transitions will have you feeling like a dancer on your mat. *all levels

Pilates

Pilates is a class where you build your core, abs, arms, shoulders, back, gluteus, legs, etc. It's a class full of energy and when we finish we feel happy and ready to conquer our day. Members work with their body weight, but also the use of resistance bands, blocks, balls and light weights to build greater muscle stimulus to improve strength. The most important thing is that we learn how to breathe, control and connect our mind and body. In no time you will feel and see the change not only in your body, but mentally too. *intermediate level

Hot Power Sunrise

Salute the sun, embrace your energy & strength.For mind & body soothing calm.This class is a lovely mix of upbeat music to get you feeling powerful and intense, then a nice rhythmic balance into a slower paced guided yoga meditation. *all levels

Hot Sunset Flow

A night time flow that is welcoming and calm, allowing your mind to be at peace and an opportunity to ground your energy. *all levels

Yoga & Meditation

This is the perfect class to rewind and take a moment to think about your day. Leave the studio feeling a sense of accomplishment, mindfulness, and with a calming energy to let go and feel empowered from within. *beginner level
