Pilates is a class where you build your core, abs, arms, shoulders, back, gluteus, legs, etc. It's a class full of energy and when we finish we feel happy and ready to conquer our day. Members work with their body weight, but also the use of resistance bands, blocks, balls and light weights to build greater muscle stimulus to improve strength.
