108 Sun salutations

Sattva will be holding its annual 108 Sun Salutations Yoga class on March 22nd, 2016 from 2-4 PM.

It`s a Saturday, so make sure to book it in your calendar. No excuses!

If you could do Jerry, Bruce or Gisele`s classes, you could definitely do this. The proceeds will go to the Tibetan`s Children`s Fund and there will be amazing live music played throughout the whole class. It is definitely a challenge, but at Sattva, we believe it is the best way to welcome spring back into our lives.

Les salutations sont certainement un défi, mais à Sattva, nous croyons que cette pratique est la meilleure façon d'accueillir le printemps de retour dans nos vies. It's that time of year again...start growin those mo's and dudes and dudettes get yourself ready for some BROGA! 

Rock your best Mo while you Flow! It can be real, glued, sharpied, tattoo'd, we don't care how it gets there! Just wear it loud and proud! The event will take place during Gerry's Hot Flow Class. 

This is an OPEN COMMUNITY event that will be DONATION BASED. All proceeds will go towards Prostate Cancer Research. Help us support a great cause, and have some fun doing it!

There will be lots of fun goodies provided as well!! Bring your friends and family, the MO the Merrier.
